Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within a day or two to let you
know your order is on the way!

International orders, including those shipped to EU countries, typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. All orders are subject to a 2–3 business day processing time. We are required to deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed at checkout.

STORE PICKUP - Bandera or New Braunfels
Orders can be picked up daily, from 10 to 6. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@texassaltco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
