This is our only white pepper that is smoked. We take half cracked white peppercorns and smoke them over peach wood for a one-of-a-kind flavor profile that's distinctly sweet and smoky. Made by hand in small batches, this peppercorn just won first place in the 2025 International Spicy Flavor Awards. The mild heat and rich, woody notes elegantly complement any dish.
